1 package cream cheese (8-ounces), room temperature
1 cup finely chopped cooked chicken
1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
1/8 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/4 chopped pistachios
3 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
In a mixing bowl combine ingredients thoroughly. Refrigerate for 24 hours while flavors blend. Serve on crackers, or for a rich and delicious lunch, I have served it on croissants one time and on bagels another day.
