CHICKEN LIVER PATE

Makes 12

I like this on rye crackers.

12 chicken livers (about 1 lb.)

1/2 cup butter or margarine

1 medium onion, finely chopped

4 eggs, hard cooked

1/2 teaspoon Tabasco

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add livers and onions and saute for 8 to 10 minutes. Put all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
